Southcreek has a beautiful lake near the pool and clubhouse with tennis courts as well as surrounded by an excellent golf course. Southcreek is a wonderful community located within the Myrtle Beach National Golf Club, there are three 18 hole courses, MB National Southcreek, MB National West and MB National King's North which Arnold Palmer redesigned in 1996, my favorite hole is "The Gambler".
This is a diverse community of Retirees, Families, Young Couples, ect....Carolina Forest High School is located across the street and elementary & middle just minutes away. Plenty of Restaurants, Grocery Shopping, Boutique Shops and of course Walmart & Lowes are all less than 5 or 10 minutes drive away. This community is well maintained, the home owner's association is very active but not over bearing. A few community social events are coordinated each year, as for a better opportunity to meet your neighbors. I speak from the point of being a Southcreek resident myself.
Southcreek is also part of Myrtle Beach's fastest growing area Carolina Forest.
